terre des hommes focuses its work on selected focal themes and cross-cutting themes decided at the DC as well as a limited number of regional themes. The regional themes are determined by partners´ platform through co-decision. This concentration or emphasis on the themes is an important precondition for greater impact of its work and increased competency. Substantive competence on the focal themes will be continually expanded through a more intense cooperation between the head office in Osnabrück, the regional offices, the project partners and the volunteers.
